FaxScout Lab is the evidence layer for hands-on testing. Until a provider has actually completed the protocol, we label its score as desk research and do not publish invented reliability, speed, UI or support claims.

Standardized testing protocol

Setup

Time account creation, number provisioning and first-send readiness.

Transmission

Send the same controlled PDF packet repeatedly and record delivery outcomes and timestamps.

Fidelity

Compare small text, grayscale, signatures and multipage rendering against the source packet.

Workflow

Test web, email, mobile, inbound routing, search/history and admin controls.

Support

Ask the same documented questions and record channel, response time and answer quality.

Exit

Test cancellation, export/retention and number-porting instructions without inventing outcomes.

Current Lab statusNo provider is marked hands-on tested in this package. Lab metrics will appear only after the protocol is completed and evidence is retained.

What Lab will publish

Completed tests can add observed delivery rate, transmission timing, document fidelity, workflow screenshots, support response and cancellation notes. Raw evidence should be retained internally so conclusions are reproducible.
